摘要
干熄焦技术冷却红焦用的循环气体是由N_(2)、CO、H_(2)、CO_(2)、O_(2)等组分构成的混合型气体。在生产中,混合气体的可燃组分达到一定浓度时,遇明火或高温有发生爆炸的危险。基于ISO10156分析了干熄焦的循环气体的可燃性判别和爆炸极限计算方法,并对干熄焦安全生产中循环气体的可燃组分的浓度极限值进行计算。
CDQ red coke used to coo is mainly a mixed gas composed of N_(2),CO,H_(2),CO_(2),O_(2) and other components.In production,when the combustible components in the mixed gas reach a certain concentration,it is in danger of explosion in case of open fire or high temperature.Based on ISO10156 analyzes the flammable discrimination and explosion limit calculation methods of circulating gas of dry coke,and calculates the concentration limit value of the combustible components of circulating gas in the safe production of dry coke.
