摘要
相对于湿熄焦而言,干熄焦具有节能减排、改善焦炭质量等优势,随着干熄焦技术的成熟和装备的大型化,近年来在焦化企业中被广泛推广。但是,焦炭在干熄炉内冷却过程中存在二次燃烧,会导致干熄焦烟气(尤其是放散气)SO_(2)浓度升高,若不进行脱硫处理,已不能满足现行的超低排放限值要求。详细分析了干熄焦烟气来源及其排放特点,系统梳理了当前焦化企业采取的干熄焦烟气SO_(2)控制措施,以期为干熄焦烟气SO_(2)治理提供技术参考。
Compared with CWQ,CDQ has the advantages of energy saving,emission reduction and improving coke quality.With the maturity of CDQ technologyand large-scale equipment,it has been widely promoted in coking enterprises in recent years.However,the secondary combustion of coke during the cooling process in the dry quenching furnace will lead to the increase of SO_(2)concentration in the dry quenching flue gas(especially in the released gas).Without desulfurization treatment,the current ultra-low emission limit requirements cannot be met.This paper analyzes the source and emission characteristics of CDQ flue gas in detail,systematically combs the current control measures of SO_(2)in CDQ flue gas adopted by coking enterprises,and puts forward personal views,hoping to provide technical reference for SO_(2)control in CDQ flue gas.
