摘要
随着新医改的推进,探索更加优化的绩效考核机制以贯彻落实公立医院高质量发展要求显得尤为迫切。本文以福建省一家公立医院(以下简称F医院)为例,剖析在促进公立医院高质量发展背景下,F医院针对传统绩效考核机制存在的问题,所实施的绩效改革优化策略及其实施成效,探索总结出F医院通过建立健全与岗位类别、职责、风险、实际贡献紧密联系的绩效改革分配方案体系,成功推动了医院精细化管理、助推医院战略目标实现等促进公立医院高质量发展实施成效。
With the advancement of the new medical reform,it is particularly urgent to explore a more optimized performance appraisal mechanism to implement the requirements of high-quality development of public hospitals.Taking a public hospital in Fujian Province(hereinafter referred to as F Hospital)as an example,this paper analyzes the performance reform optimization strategy and its implementation results implemented by Hospital F in view of the problems existing in the traditional performance appraisal mechanism under the background of promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals,and explores and summarizes the implementation results of Hospital F by establishing and improving the performance reform distribution plan system closely related to job categories,responsibilities,risks and actual contributions,which has successfully promoted the refined management of hospitals and promoted the realization of strategic goals of hospitals.
