摘要
培养卓越农林人才对加快建设农业强国,全面推进乡村振兴具有重要意义,而实践育人是高校培养卓越农林人才的重要环节。针对卓越农林人才培养实践中面临的实践育人内生动力不足、不同育人形式融合协同不足、实践育人资源整合不足等问题,构建卓越农林人才“双循环”协同育人实践体系,以期为高校卓越农林人才培养实践提供借鉴。
Cultivating outstanding agricultural and forestry talents is of great significance for accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization,and practical education is an important part of cultivating outstanding agricultural and forestry talents in colleges and universities.In view of the problems faced in the practice of cultivating excellent agricultural and forestry talents,such as insufficient endogenous motivation of practical education,insufficient integration and coordination of different forms of education,and insufficient integration of practical education resources,a practice system of“Double-Cycle”collaborative education for excellent agricultural and forestry talents is constructed in order to provide reference for the practice of cultivating excellent agricultural and forestry talents in colleges and universities.
