摘要
高校非事业编制教师的身份认同是高校人事制度改革的重要关注维度。通过对高校非事业编制教师身份认同的逻辑建构,审视了高校非事业编制教师身份认同的现实困境,提出纾解路径:加强顶层法律法规建设,推进身份认同的制度保障;完善现代大学章程建设,推进身份认同的章程保障;加快现代管理理论的运用,发挥身份认同的鲶鱼效应。
The identification of non-institution teachers is an important concern dimension of the reform of personnel system in colleges and universities.Through the logical construction of the identification of non-instituion teachers in colleges and universities,this paper examines the realistic dilemma and puts forward the relief paths:strengthen the construction of top-level laws and regulations and promote the institutional guarantee of identity,improve the construction of modern university constitution and promote the charter guarantee of identity,accelerate the application of modern management theory,and give full play to the catfish effect of identity.
