摘要
新冠肺炎疫情的爆发迫使中国教育结构产生变革,"停课不停学"是疫情期间中国教育领域面对结构性变革所推出的重要举措。在此背景下分析教师面对变革的压力及由此激发的能动性具有重要意义。教师能动性对疫情期间的教育生活具有重塑作用,具体表现在对教师文化、教学形式以及教师角色的重塑。"停课不停学"是暂时性的教育变革,要将教师在此期间所发挥的能动性绵延入日常教育生活,需要为教师提供"自然合作"的组织文化氛围、权力空间以及发展动力,构建教师能动性的支持体系。
The outbreak of COVID-19 forced a change in China's educational structure.“Classes suspended but Learning Continues”was an important measure taken by the Chinese educational sector in face of structural changes during the epidemic period.Under this background,it is of great significance to analyze the pressure of teachers to face the change and the agency aroused by it.Teacher agency has a reformative effect on the educational life during the epidemic period,which is embodied in the remolding of teacherculture,teaching form and teacherrole.“Classes suspended but Learning Continues”is a temporary educational reform.Teacher agency during this period should be extended into daily educational life,it is necessary to provide teachers with the organizationalculture atmosphere,power space and development impetus of“natural cooperation”,and to construct the support system of teacher agency.
