摘要
基于科技飞速发展,我国建筑施工技术不断更新,技术应用水平随之提升。现阶段,建筑工程施工技术管理暴露出一些不足,为成功将建筑工程施工技术管理存在问题逐一解决,必须谨遵技术管理原则,通过制度建设、责任落实、质量控制和验收管理等有效手段,实现施工技术管理水平全面提升。基于此,本文从建筑工程施工技术管理水平提升价值入手,阐述技术管理原则,提出提升管理水平的有效策略,力求保证施工技术管理紧跟时代发展需求。
Based on the rapid development of science and technology,China’s construction technology is constantly updating,and the level of technology application is improving.At the present stage,the construction technology management of construction projects has exposed some deficiencies.In order to successfully solve each problem of construction technology management of construction projects,it is necessary to carefully abide by the principles of technology management,and achieve an overall improvement in the level of construction technology management through effective means such as system construction,responsibility implementation,quality control and acceptance management.Based on this condition,this paper firstly introduces the value of improving the construction technology management level of construction projects,expounds the principles of technology management,puts forward effective strategies to improve the management level,and strives to ensure that construction technology management keeps up with the development needs of the times.
