摘要
目的评价在儿童特应性皮炎(AD)健康教育中应用“AD手记”的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2022年6月宁德师范学院附属宁德市医院皮肤科门诊接诊的2~18岁的轻-中度AD患者120例,随机分为两组,每组60例。对照组给予常规健康教育,观察组使用“AD手记”进行干预。对比两组干预前后儿童皮肤病生活质量指数(cDLQI)评分、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)。结果干预后,观察cDLQI评分(11.07±3.42)分低于对照组(16.30±4.72)分(P<0.05);观察组HADS评分(8.72±4.37)分低于对照组(4.89±2.52)分(P<0.05)。结论“AD手记”作为特应性皮炎患儿健康教育的工具,可以改善患者的心理状态,提高其生活质量,并且具备科学性、个体化、有效性、持续性、便捷性、可普及性的优点。
Objective To analyze the application effect and promotion value of“AD Memo”in basic nursing management of atopic dermatitis(AD)in children.Methods From January 2022 to June 2022,120 patients with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis aged 2-18 years who were admitted to the dermatology clinic of Ningde City Hospital affiliated to Ningde Normal University were randomly divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the observation group received intervention using“AD Memo”.Compare the Children's Skin Quality of Life Index(cDLQI)score and Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS)before and after the intervention.Results After the intervention,The cDLQI score(11.07±3.42)was observed to be lower than the control group(16.30±4.72),P<0.05;The HADS score of the observation group(8.72±4.37)was lower than that of the control group(4.89±2.52),P<0.05.Conclusions As a tool for health education for children with atopic dermatitis,“AD Memo”can improve the psychological state of patients,improve their quality of life,and has the advantages of scientificity,individualization,effectiveness,sustainability,convenience,and popularization.
