摘要
特应性皮炎是我科一个发病率逐年增高的变态反应性疾病。近年来因其发病人群增多,受累患者年龄小,病程漫长,病情顽固,故对家庭及社会均造成了极大的影响。因而对于患者及其家属进行及时的健康教育及皮肤健康管理指导就起着至关重要的作用。而传统的讲座等教育模式对于患者的健康管理收效甚微,且浪费较多的人力及精力。故本文以锦州医科大学附属第一医院为例运用微信、微视频等模式对于特应性皮炎的患者进行实时动态的健康指导以及教育,并针对其进行了经验总结以及探讨,从而为其他慢性皮肤疾病患者的长期健康管理及教育提供更有利及丰富的经验借鉴。
Atopic dermatitis is an allergic disease with an increasing incidence in our department. In recent years, due to the increase in the number of people with the disease, most of the affected patients are younger, the course of disease is long, and the condition is stubborn, which has a great impact on the family and society. Therefore, timely health education and skin health management guidance for patients and their families play a vital role. Educational models such as traditional lectures have little effect on the health management of patients and consume a large amount of medical staff. Therefore, this article takes the first affliated Hospital of JinZhou medical university as an example to use WeChat and micro-video to conduct real-time dynamic health guidance and education for patients with atopic dermatitis, and to summarize and explore the experience, and to use it as our psoriasis. Long-term health management and education for patients with chronic diseases provide more favorable and rich experience for reference.
