摘要
高职西点工艺专业产教融合人才培养模式的构建是为了培养适应社会经济发展需求的高素质人才。文章从建立特色课程体系、优化教学资源配置、培养教师队伍、营造良好的产教融合环境、加强校企合作黏性以及构建现代化教育平台等方面探讨了构建策略。通过分析可以发现这些策略对于促进高职西点工艺专业产教融合人才培养模式的有效实施起到了积极的作用。
The construction of talent training mode integrating production and education is to train high-quality talents to meet the needs of social and economic development.This paper discusses the construction strategies from the aspects of establishing characteristic curriculum system,optimizing the allocation of teaching resources,training teachers,creating a good environment for the integration of production and education,strengthening the stickiness of school-enterprise cooperation and constructing a modern education platform.Through analysis,it can be found that these strategies have played a positive role in promoting the effective implementation of the talent training mode of the integration of production and education in the technical specialty of western vocational college.
