摘要
随着康复治疗的快速发展,越来越多的烧伤患者需早期康复干预,以达到更好的功能恢复。目前国内针对烧伤后的康复治疗水平远低于发达国家,对于烧伤后的康复研究显著缺乏。至今无明确统一的治疗方案,给临床治疗带来一定的难度。本文通过查阅相关文献,并结合临床工作经验,从创面管理、瘢痕治疗、关节活动功能、肢体肌力及心理康复等方面对烧伤康复治疗进行总结,为临床治疗提供一定参考。
With the rapid development of rehabilitation treatment,more and more burn patients need early rehabilitation intervention to achieve better functional recovery.At present,the level of rehabilitation treatment for burns in domestic is far lower than that of developed countries,and there is a significant lack of research on rehabilitation after burns.There is currently no clear and unified treatment plan,which brings certain difficulties to clinical treatment.This article summarizes the rehabilitation treatment of burns from the aspects of wound management,scar treatment,joint activity function,limb muscle strength and psychological rehabilitation by consulting relevant literature and combining clinical work experience,providing a certain reference for clinical treatment.
