红外线治疗仪联合阶段性康复训练对大面积烧伤所致下肢关节障碍患者运动能力的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探析红外线治疗仪联合阶段性康复训练对大面积烧伤所致下肢关节障碍患者运动能力的影响.方法选取2020年7月—2022年1月在该院接受治疗的90例大面积烧伤所致下肢关节障碍患者为研究对象,经随机信封法分为对照组(n=45)和研究组(n=45).对照组采用阶段性康复训练治疗,研究组在对照组基础上配合红外线治疗仪治疗.比较两组患者临床疗效.结果治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率、美国纽约特种外科医院膝关节各维度评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表下肢部分评分均高于对照组,6 min步行距离长于对照组,10 m步行时长短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组不良事件发生率为8.89%,低于对照组的24.44%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论临床针对大面积烧伤所致下肢关节障碍患者采用红外线治疗仪联合阶段性康复训练具有较好的治疗效果,能够提升临床疗效,改善关节功能和运动能力,降低不良事件发生率. Objective To explore the influence of infrared therapy apparatus combined with stage rehabilitation training on the exercise ability of patients with joint disorders of lower limbs caused by extensive burns.Methods 90 patients with lower limb joint disorders caused by extensive burns who received treatment in this hospital from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group(n=45)and a study group(n=45)by random envelope method.The control group was treated with stage rehabilitation training,and the study group was treated with infrared therapy apparatus on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate,the score of each dimension of hostipal for special surgery knee joint and Fugl-Meyer assessmentlower extremity score of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the walking distance of 6 min in the observation group was longer than that in the control group,and the walking time of 10 m was longer than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was 8.89%,which was lower than 24.44%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical application of infrared therapy apparatus combined with stage rehabilitation training for patients with lower limb joint disorders caused by extensive burns has better therapeutic effect,which can improve clinical efficacy,improve joint function and motor function,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
