摘要
“专精特新”企业成为推动现代化建设的重要力量,而人工智能作为新一轮科技革命的重要内容,是促进科技创新和高质量发展的新动力。基于此,根据企业基因理论及发展特征,探讨了人工智能时代“专精特新”企业基因结构模型及高质量进化机制。研究发现:人工智能促进企业碱基要素的快速流动和优化组合,“专精特新”企业受外部技术推动和内部基因能动共同作用,在基因遗传、变异和重组3种进化机制下沿着专业化、精细化、特色化和创新型4个方向通过集中深耕、市场价值、稳定配套等13个路径完成高质量进化。由研究结论从基因特性、政府扶持和联合培育三方面提出了促进“专精特新”企业高质量发展的对策与建议。
Specialized,refined,distinctive and innovative(SRDI)enterprises have become important forces driving modernization.As a significant aspect of the new technological revolution,artificial intelligence(Al)serves as a new driving force for promoting technological innovation and high-quality development.Therefore,based on the theory of enterprise genes and their developmental characteristics,this study explores the genetic structure model and high-quality evolutionary mechanism of"SRDI"enterprises in the AI era.The research findings indicate that AI promotes the rapid flow and optimized combination of enterprise genetic elements."SRDI"enterprises are influenced by both external technological impetus and internal genetic dynamics.They achieve high-quality evolution through three evolutionary mechanisms:genetic inheritance,variation,and recombination.This evolution occurs along four directions:specialization,refinement,distinctiveness,and innovation,which are realized through thirteen paths,including concentrated cultivation,market value,and stable support.Based on the research conclusions,this study proposes strategies and suggestions to promote the high-quality development of"SRDI"enterprises from three aspects:genetic characteristics,government support,and collaborative cultivation.
