摘要
乡村旅游产业是推动乡村振兴的重要动力,而人才队伍建设是其中的关键一环。阐释人工智能时代赋予乡村旅游人才的新要求,对发展乡村旅游产业具有重要作用。结合已有文献研究,整理、归类出乡村旅游人才职业能力构成要素,并构建职业能力评价体系的各项指标和权重系数,结果表明该体系与实际情况匹配度较好。乡村旅游人才职业能力评价体系的构建为人才培养提供了量化指南和有效工具,未来应结合评价体系,通过设立职业资格、制定行业标准、调整培养方案等进一步加强乡村旅游人才队伍建设。
The rural tourism industry is an important driving force for promoting rural revitalization,and talent team construction is a key part of it.Explaining the new requirements given to rural tourism talents in the era of artificial intelligence plays an important role in the development of rural tourism industry.Based on existing literature and research,the constituent elements of rural tourism talent's professional ability were sorted and classified,and the various indicators and weight coefficients of the professional ability evaluation system were determined.The results showed that the system matched well with the actual situation.The professional ability evaluation system for rural tourism talents provides quantitative guidance and effective tools for talent cultivation.In the future,the evaluation system should be combined to further strengthen the construction of the rural tourism talent team through the establishment of professional qualifications,formulation of industry standards,and adjustment of training plans.
