摘要
用户需求是数字视频档案资源建设与服务提供的立足点。本文通过设计和发放调查问卷的形式来收集交互环境下数字视频档案资源用户需求与期望信息,进而归纳总结用户利用数字视频档案资源的行为模式和期望要求。文章最后从创新视频档案服务模式、建立高质量的视频档案资源体系、构建交互式的数字视频档案服务平台以及加强档案用户培训等方面为档案服务部门改进数字视频档案资源服务提出了具体建议。
User needs are the foundation for the construction and service provision of digital video archive resources.This article collects user needs and expectations for digital video archive resources in interactive environments through the design and distribution of survey questionnaires,and then summarizes user behavior patterns and expectations for utilizing digital video archive resources.At the end of the article,specific suggestions are proposed for archive service departments to improve digital video archive resource services,including innovating video archive service models,establishing high-quality video archive resource systems,constructing interactive digital video archive service platforms,and strengthening archive user training.
