Cr12MoV模具钢激光熔凝处理裂纹产生原因及解决办法

摘要 为改善Cr12MoV模具钢的表面性能,在淬火处理后对Cr12MoV钢表面进行激光熔凝处理,通过对熔凝层的表面形貌观察、着色探伤检测和金相分析,结果表明,激光熔凝处理可以在该钢表面获得一定厚度、质量较好的熔凝层。但激光熔凝处理淬火Cr12MoV钢,由于淬火应力叠加激光熔凝处理应力,在应力没有得到释放和消除时,在外力诱导作用下,容易在熔凝层与基体的结合部位产生冷脆裂纹;通过采用较长时间的低温回火处理,可以消除内应力,并抑制裂纹生成。因此,对淬火后的Cr12MoV模具钢进行激光熔凝处理时,需要及时进行回火处理,可以较好地解决应力过大问题而产生的裂纹隐患。 To improve the surface properties of Cr12MoV die steel,laser melted treatment was performed on the surface of the steel after quenching.Surface morphology observation,dye penetrant inspection,and metallographic analysis were carried out on the melted layer.The results showed that laser melted treatment can produce a certain thickness and good quality melted layer on the surface of the steel.However,when laser melted treatment is performed on quenched Cr12MoV steel,cold and brittle cracks can occur at the interface between the melted layer and the substrate due to the addition of laser melted stress on top of the quenching stress,especially when the stress is not released or eliminated under external force.In order to address this issue,a longer low-temperature tempering treatment can be used to eliminate internal stress and suppress crack formation.Therefore,when performing laser melted treatment on quenched Cr12MoV die steel,timely tempering treatment is necessary to effectively solve the cracking problem caused by excessive stress.
