摘要
Cr12MoV钢滚丝轮在使用中发生贯穿性开裂。为揭示滚丝轮开裂的原因,对其进行了宏观检验、化学成分分析、硬度检测、金相检验、断口分析及断口的能谱分析。结果表明:滚丝轮淬火后回火不充分,有尖角状碳化物,具有较高的内应力,韧性较差;滚丝轮的螺纹底部曲率半径过小,是应力集中点。这两方面的因素导致滚丝轮贯穿性开裂。
Thread rolling wheel made from Cr12MoV steel cracked through in service.In order to reveal the reason why it cracked,the macro-check,chemical composition analysis,hardness testing,metallographic examination,fracture testing,and energy dispersive spectrum analysis of fracture were carried out for the cracked thread rolling wheel.The results showed that the thread rolling wheel was not adequately tempered after hardening,exhibited sharp carbides,had higher inner stress and poor toughness;and that the curvature radius of thread bottom of the thread rolling wheel was too small,therefore focal point of stress.These two factors resulted in through cracking of the thread rolling wheel.
