摘要
城市消防站主要担负防火灭火、抢险救援等重点工作,自消防队伍转隶以来,为响应国家关于建设“全灾种、大应急”消防救援队伍的号召,消防工作覆盖面更广,任务量更多,标准更严格,优化改进消防站布局对于加快队伍发展、迅速有效地遂行消防救援任务,维护社会稳定和保障人民群众生命财产安全具有重要意义。该文基于GIS网络分析技术,分析武汉市主城区消防站布局现状和制约因素,对武汉市消防站布局进行优化改进,并提出新时代背景下消防站布局的基本原则与改进思路,所得结论可为城市消防站规划布局提供一定参考,推动消防救援事业更好更快发展。
Urban fire stations are mainly responsible for fire prevention,fire fighting,emergency rescue and other key work.Since the transfer of the fire brigade,in response to the national call for the construction of a"whole disaster,big emergency"fire rescue team,the coverage of fire control work has been wider,the task volume is more,and the standards are stricter.Optimizing and improving the layout of fire stations is helpful to speed up the development of the team and carry out fire rescue tasks quickly and effectively.It is of great significance to maintain social stability and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.Based on the GIS network analysis technology,this paper analyzes the present situation and restricting factors of the layout of fire stations in the main urban area of Wuhan,optimizes and improves the layout of fire stations in Wuhan,and puts forward the basic principles and ideas for improving the layout of fire stations under the background of the new era.The conclusions can provide some reference for the planning and layout of urban fire stations and promote the better and faster development of fire rescue.
