摘要
目的探讨老年慢性心力衰竭(chronic heart failure,CHF)患者血清转录因子叉头框蛋白O1(Forkhead box protein O1,FOXO1)、白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)、同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)水平与其抑郁程度的关系。方法选取本院2020年1月~2022年1月收治的60例老年CHF合并抑郁患者纳为合并组,另选取40例老年CHF患者纳为未合并组。检测并比较两组血清FOXO1、IL-6、CRP、Hcy水平,同时比较不同抑郁程度老年CHF患者基线资料[性别、年龄、美国纽约心脏病学会(New York Heart Associatio n,NYHA)心功能分级]及血清FOXO1、IL-6、CRP、Hcy水平。最后通过Spearman秩相关分析老年CHF患者血清FOXO1、IL-6、CRP、Hcy水平与抑郁程度的相关性。结果合并组血清FOXO1、IL-6、CRP、Hcy水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清FOXO1、IL-6、CRP、Hcy水平比较:轻度组<中度组<重度组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清FOXO1、IL-6、CRP、Hcy水平与老年CHF患者抑郁程度呈正相关,且P<0.05。结论血清FOXO1、IL-6、CRP、Hcy水平与老年CHF患者抑郁程度呈正相关,临床医师应对上述指标密切监测,以预测抑郁发生与发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum levels of transcription factors Forkhead box protein O1(FOXO1),interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),homocysteine(Hcy),and depression in elderly patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods Sixty elderly patients with CHF and depression admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the combined group,and another 40 elderly CHF patients were selected as the non combined group.Detect and compare the serum levels of FOXO1,IL-6,CRP,and Hcy between two groups,and compare the baseline data of elderly CHF patients with different levels of depression[gender,age,New York Heart Association(NYHA)cardiac function grading]and serum levels of FOXO1,IL-6,CRP,and Hcy.Finally,the correlation between serum levels of FOXO1,IL-6,CRP,and Hcy in elderly CHF patients and the degree of depression was analyzed through Spearman rank correlation analysis.Results The serum levels of FOXO1,IL-6,CRP,and Hcy in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison of serum FOXO1,IL-6,CRP,and Hcy levels showed that the mild group was less than the moderate group and less than the severe group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The serum levels of FOXO1,IL-6,CRP,and Hcy are positively correlated with the degree of depression in elderly CHF patients,and P<0.05.Conclusion The serum levels of FOXO1,IL-6,CRP,and Hcy are positively correlated with the degree of depression in elderly CHF patients.Clinicians should closely monitor these indicators to predict the occurrence and development of depression.
