摘要
酿酒酵母培养物具有提高反刍动物生产性能、调节免疫功能、调节瘤胃微生物促进消化等作用,在反刍动物上的应用日趋广泛。近年来,科技工作者针对酿酒酵母培养物在畜牧业生产上的应用展开了大量的研究。文章综述了酿酒酵母培养物对奶牛产奶量、乳品质、瘤胃发酵和免疫的影响,及对肉牛采食量、生长性能、抗病性的影响,以及对肉羊采食量、增重、免疫的影响,以期为酿酒酵母培养物在反刍动物上的应用提供技术参考。
Saccharomyces cerevisiae cultures improve production performance in ruminants,regulating immune function,regulating rumen microorganisms and promoting digestion,and are increasingly widely used in ruminants.In recent years,scientific and technology workers have conducted a lot of research on the application of S.cerevisiae cultures in livestock production.This paper summarizes the effects of S.cerevisiae cultures on milk yield,milk quality,rumen fermentation and immunity,the effects on feed intake,growth performance,disease resistance,and the effects on feed intake and weight gain and immunity of mutton sheep,so as to provide technical data for the application of S.cerevisiae cultures on ruminants.
