穿采空区瓦斯抽采直井井身结构设计优化

摘要 为了实现地面瓦斯抽采直井快速、安全钻穿采空区,根据“上三带”中的垮落带、断裂带以及“下三带”中的底板导水破坏带高度计算公式,得到易发生钻井液漏失井段的深度,提出了优化后的四开井身结构和对应井段所采用的循环介质。在此基础上,结合沁水盆地寺河矿区地质条件,进行井身结构设计和循环介质选择,成功施工了一口穿采空区瓦斯抽采直井。结果表明:一开、二开及四开井段采用水基钻井液体系以较小漏失量钻进,三开井段采用氮气循环介质钻进,能够实现一次性高效顺利穿越采空区,达到快速、安全完井的目的。 In order to drill through the goaf quickly and safely, based on the calculation formulas for the height of the collapse zone, fracture zone, and floor water conduction failure zone in the “upper three zones”, the depth of the well section prone to drilling fluid leakage is obtained.The optimized structure of the fourth spud well and the corresponding circulating medium used in the well section are proposed.On this basis, combining with the geological conditions of the Sihe mining area in the Qinshui Basin, the well structure design and circulating medium performance choice were carried out, and a vertical well for gas extraction crossing the goaf was successfully implemented.The results show that for the first, second, and fourth spud sections drilling with water-based drilling fluid systems with minimal leakage, while the third spud section is drilled using nitrogen circulation medium, which can efficiently and smoothly drill through the goaf at one time, achieving the goal of rapid and safe completion.
