摘要
为探讨不同盐度水平胁迫对玉兰嫁接苗生长和光合特性的影响,设置了6个盐度水平的土壤小组的玉兰嫁接苗,于盐胁迫处理后的28 d测定紫玉兰苗木的叶片光合色素含量、生长指标。结果发现,随着盐胁迫浓度的升高,根生物量、叶生物量和干质量呈现出先升高后逐渐降低;盐浓度1~10.0 mmol/L,紫玉兰嫁接苗的根生物量、叶生物量和干质量递增;盐浓度10.0~160.0mmol/L,紫玉兰嫁接苗的根生物量、叶生物量和干质量递减;对嫁接玉兰苗的叶片厚度和叶片干质量均造成了显著性影响,但是叶面积和比叶面积没有达到显著性水平;当盐度为160.0 mmol/L时,玉兰苗叶片的厚度仅为对照组的50.0%,叶片干质量仅为对照组的85.0%。过高的盐浓度胁迫会影响玉兰嫁接苗的生长和光合作用,10 mmol/L盐浓度的土壤适当浓度的盐胁迫对玉兰接苗的生长和光合与对照无显著差异。
In order to investigate the effects of different salinity levels on the growth and photosynthetic characteristics of grafted Yulania denudata seedlings,six soil groups with salinity levels were set up to determine the photosynthetic pigment content and growth index of the leaves of the grafted Yulania denudata seedlings on 28 days after salt stress treatment.The results showed that root biomass,leaf biomass and dry mass increased first and then gradually decreased with the increase of salt stress concentration.Excessive salt concentration stress can affect the growth and photosynthesis of Yulania denudata grafted seedlings,and the appropriate salt concentration of 10 mmol/L soil salt concentration has no significant difference on the growth and photosynthesis of Yulania denudata grafted seedlings.
