摘要
采用不同盐浓度(分别为0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%)的NaCl改良的MS固体培养基对中薯3号、中薯5号、大西洋3个不同品种的马铃薯试管苗进行了盐胁迫处理,测定了盐胁迫对马铃薯试管苗生理生化的影响。结果表明:随着盐浓度的升高,对试管苗的生理生化指标的影响也逐渐加大;叶绿素含量与马铃薯试管苗鲜重都呈现下降趋势;脯氨酸含量在盐处理浓度0.2%~0.4%时出现了明显增加,随后呈下降并趋于稳定趋势;SOD活性以及POD活性都有不同程度的变化。
The NaCl modified MS media with different salt concentrations(0.2%,0.4%,0.6% and 0.8%,respectively) were adopted to conduct salt stress treatment on three different varieties of potato plantlets(C3,C5 and Atlantic),and then the influences of salt stress on physiological and biochemical indexes of potato plantlets were measured.The results showed that with increasing concentration of salt,the influences on physiological and biochemical indexes of potato plantlets increased gradually;the chlorophyll content and the fresh weight of potato plantlets showed a decreasing trend;the proline content increased obviously when salt concentration was 0.2%-0.4%,and then showed a downward trend and tended to be stable;the activity of SOD and POD changed in a different degrees.
