摘要
为了定量评价东部地区当前建筑业高质量发展水平,从“五大发展理念”视角出发建立包含6项一级评价指标以及27项二级评价指标的评价体系,构建熵权-模糊集对分析法模型对建筑业高质量发展水平进行定量评价。以中国东部地区2020年建筑业为例展开研究,结果表明,创新发展维度的相关指标对建筑业高质量发展水平影响最大;北京市、江苏省建筑业属于第Ⅰ(高质量)等级,浙江省、福建省、山东省、广东省建筑业属于第Ⅱ(中等质量)等级,天津市、河北省、辽宁省、上海市和海南省建筑业属于第Ⅲ(一般质量)等级;对研究结果进行分析,结合区域发展特色,为进一步推进各省域建筑业高质量发展提出建议。
In order to quantitatively evaluate the current high quality development level of the construction industry in eastern China,an evaluation system including 6 first-level evaluation indexes and 27 second-level evaluation indexes was established from the perspective of"five development concepts",and the entropy weight fuzzy set analysis model was constructed to quantitatively evaluate the high quality development level of the construction industry.Taking the construction industry in eastern China in 2020 as an example,the results show that the relevant indicators of innovation development dimension have the greatest impact on the high-quality development level of the construction industry.The construction industry in Beijing and Jiangsu Province belongs to GradeⅠ(high quality),the construction industry in Zhejiang,Fujian,Shandong and Guangdong Province belongs to gradeⅡ(medium quality),and the construction industry in Tianjin,Hebei,Liaoning,Shanghai and Hainan Province belongs to gradeⅢ(general quality).Based on the analysis of the research results and the characteristics of regional development,suggestions are put forward for further promoting the high-quality development of the construction industry in each province.
