摘要
针对传统电力营销服务工作评价方法存在残差较大的问题,本文提出基于层次-熵灰色模糊的电力营销服务工作评价方法。从电力营销服务工作业绩、管理2个方面筛选出6项指标,建立评价指标体系,利用层次分析法对评价指标赋权,应用熵灰色模糊理论对服务工作综合评价。实验证明,本文方法的评价残差在0.1以内。
In response to the problem of large residuals in traditional methods for evaluating power marketing services,this paper proposes an evaluation method for power marketing services based on hierarchical entropy grey fuzzy.Six indicators were selected from the performance and management aspects of power marketing services,and an evaluation index system was established.The analytic hierarchy process was used to weight the evaluation indicators,and the entropy grey fuzzy theory was applied to comprehensively evaluate service work.Experimental results have shown that the evaluation residual of this method is within 0.1.
