摘要
实现食品供应链低碳管理是推动低碳经济增长与可持续发展的重要举措。在梳理国内外文献的基础上,文中从绿色技术创新和知识整合视角切入,建立关于食品行业供应链低碳管理评价体系。使用层次分析法(AHP)和熵权法(EW)对24个影响因素进行赋权,依据帕累托贡献值对指标进行筛选。然后通过解释结构模型、MICMAC图和复杂网络参数对其进行建模分析和验证。研究发现,影响食品低碳供应链管理的根本原因包括供应商相互文化兼容、上下游企业共享绿色创新技术知识、政府项目直接投资。最后根据研究结果为食品供应链管理者提出针对性建议。
Achieving low-carbon management of food supply chain is an important measure to promote low-carbon economic growth and sustainable development. In view of relevant literatures,from the perspectives of green innovation technology and knowledge integration,an evaluation system for low-carbon management of supply chain in food industry were constructed in the study. Analytic hierarchy process( AHP) and entropy weight method( EW) are used to weight 24 influencing factors,and the indicators are screened according to Pareto contribution value. Then,the model is analyzed and verified by interpretative structural modelling method( ISM),MICMAC diagram and complex network parameters. The results show that the deep-seated influencing factors of food low-carbon supply chain management are related to the mutual cultural compatibility of suppliers,the sharing of green innovation technology and knowledge between upstream and downstream enterprises,and the direct investment of government projects. Finally,according to the research results,this paper puts forward targeted suggestions for food supply chain managers.
