摘要党中央历来高度重视大学生思想政治教育工作,高校文化育人在新时代大学生思想政治教育中起到十分重要的作用,“以文化人”“以文育人”是落实立德树人根本任务的内在要求,是高校思想政治教育的重要形式,也是落实“三全育人”工作的重要举措。该文通过问卷调查发现,当前省属本科高校文化育人过程中存在文化育人功能不健全、文化育人感染力不足、文化育人形式缺乏创新等问题,针对以上问题提出了完善文化育人评价体系、挖掘文化育人元素、创新文化育人新路径等对策,以期不断加强校园文化建设,提升校园文化育人的实效。 The Central Committee of the Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the ideological and political education of college students.The cultural education of universities plays a very important role in the ideological and political education of college students in the new era."Cultivating people through culture"and"Cultivating people through literature"are the internal requirements for implementing the fundamental task of cultivating people through morality.They are an important form of ideological and political education in universities and an important measure to implement the"Three Comprehensive Education"work.This article found through a questionnaire survey that there are problems in the cultural education process of provincial undergraduate universities,such as incomplete cultural education functions,insufficient cultural education infectivity,and lack of innovation in cultural education forms.In response to the above problems,measures are proposed to improve the evaluation system of cultural education,explore cultural education elements,and innovate new paths for cultural education,in order to continuously strengthen campus cultural construction and enhance the effectiveness of campus cultural education.
