摘要
在推进可持续城市和社区发展过程中,被动式住宅愈发受到社会各界的关注,与此同时,被动式设计和常规设计之间的增量工程成本也日渐成为关注的焦点。本文以具体项目为例,明确被动式住宅设计标准与现行居住建筑节能设计标准的主要差异,并结合材料设备市场价格及施工工艺的不同,对各项差异之间的增量成本进行梳理分析,总结影响被动式住宅成本的主要因素,并提出成本管控建议,进而为后续被动式住宅建设提供参考。
In the process of developing sustainable cities and communities,passive house has been paid more and more attention by enterprises,at the same time,the incremental engineering cost between passive design and conventional design has become the focus of attention.Based on the actual project,the main differences between the passive house design standard and the current energy-saving design standard of residential buildings are firstly clarified,according to the differences in the market price of materials and equipment and construction processes,this paper analyzes the incremental cost of each difference,summarizes the main factors affecting the cost of passive house,and puts forward some suggestions on cost control,so as to provide reference for subsequent passive residential construction.
