新能源发电经换流器并网系统的稳定性分析与控制综述 被引量:18

摘要 高比例经换流器连接的新能源发电深刻改变了电力系统的动态行为,受扰后振荡失稳风险的增加,严重威胁系统的安全稳定运行。针对换流器并网系统稳定性分析与相关控制领域进行综述。阐述了跟网型(grid-following,GFL)、构网型(grid-forming,GFM)换流器的基本原理及其适用于稳定性分析的自治系统与切换系统模型。归纳了现有小干扰与大干扰稳定性分析方法的核心思想和优劣势。从小干扰与大干扰角度梳理了现有换流器并网系统镇定控制及其适用场景。总结了换流器并网系统稳定性分析与控制中亟待解决的重点问题,展望了换流器并网系统稳定与控制的未来研究方向,为新能源并网系统的运行控制提供借鉴。 The integration of high-proportion renewable energy into the power grid via converters has brought about profound changes in the dynamic behavior of the power system,and the risk of oscillatory instability following disturbances has increased,which exhibits a severe threat to the secure and stable operation of power systems.This paper reviews the related research on stability analysis and control of converter gridconnected systems.Firstly,the basic principles of gridfollowing and grid-forming converters and stability analysis models for autonomous systems and switching systems are described.Secondly,we categorize the core ideas,advantages,and disadvantages of the existing small-signal stability analysis and large-signal stability analysis methods and sort out the available stabilization control and its application scenarios of converter grid-connected systems from the perspective of smallsignal and large-signal stability.Finally,the key problems to be solved in the stability analysis and control of the converter gridconnected system are summarized.The future research directions for stability and control of the converter grid-connected system are discussed to provide reference for the operation and control of new power grid connected with new energy.
