摘要
目的探究耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩护理在股骨颈骨折患者疼痛及生活质量改善中的作用。方法方便选取2021年1月—2023年6月龙岩市中医院收治的84例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,根据干预方法不同分为对照组和研究组,每组42例。对照组给予常规护理干预措施,研究组患者在对照组基础上给予耳穴压豆联合穴位按摩护理,对比干预前后两组患者疼痛度、睡眠质量、生活质量以及护理满意度。结果护理前,两组患者疼痛度、睡眠质量、生活质量以及护理满意度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组的疼痛度、睡眠时间及睡眠障碍、睡眠效率评分均优于对照组,研究组生活质量各项评分、对护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨颈骨折患者采用耳穴压豆联合按摩护理可减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of auricular point compression and acupoint massage on pain and quality of life in patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods 84 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2023 were conveniently selected as the study ob⁃jects,and were divided into control group and study group according to different intervention methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention measures,and the study group was given au⁃ricular point pressure bean combined with acupoint massage on the basis of the control group.The pain degree,sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Re⁃sults Before nursing,there was no statistical significance in pain degree,sleep quality,quality of life and nursing satis⁃faction between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of pain degree,sleep time,sleep disturbance and sleep efficiency in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the scores of quality of life and sat⁃isfaction with nursing in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with femoral neck fracture can reduce pain and improve quality of life by ap⁃plying auricular point compression bean combined with massage.
