摘要
目的探讨疼痛护理干预联合量化康复训练在肝癌术后患者中的干预效果。方法选取2017年1月至2022年2月在商丘市第五人民医院接受肝癌根治术的105例患者,根据随机数表法分为对照组(53例)和观察组(52例)。对照组接受一般护理联合疼痛护理,观察组于对照组加用量化康复训练。两组患者均于肝癌术后干预至出院。比较两组患者康复情况(术后首次下床活动时间、首次排气时间、术后住院时间)、术后疼痛控制情况(术后患者疼痛的经历、疼痛对情绪影响、疼痛对身体或日常生活的影响)以及术后并发症。结果观察组首次下床活动、首次排气以及术后住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者疼痛的经历、疼痛对情绪影响、疼痛对身体或日常生活的影响评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者术后并发症比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论疼痛护理干预联合量化康复训练可有效促进肝癌术后患者康复,提高对疼痛控制情况,安全性较好。
Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing intervention combined with quantitative rehabilitation training in postoperative patients with liver cancer.Methods A total of 105 patients who underwent radical resection of liver cancer in Shangqiu Fifth People’s Hospital from January 2017 to February 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group(53 cases)and observation group(52 cases).Control group was treated with general nursing and pain nursing,and observation group was treated with quantitative rehabilitation training.Both groups were intervened after liver cancer operation until discharge.The rehabilitation(the first time out of bed after operation,the first exhaust time,the postoperative hospitalization time),the postoperative pain control(the experience of postoperative pain,the impact of pain on emotion,the impact of pain on body or daily life)and postoperative complications of patients in both groups were compared.Results The first out of bed activity,the first scheduling and postoperative hospitalization time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the experience of pain,the impact of pain on emotion and the impact of pain on body or daily life in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and these indicators in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in postoperative complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Pain nursing intervention combined with quantitative rehabilitation training can effectively promote the rehabilitation of patients with liver cancer after operation,improve the pain control,and has high safety.
