摘要
本研究采用fsQCA方法,选取了在生态农业培训方面表现突出的6类培训机构作为案例,从组态视角分析生态农业培训内部因素和外部因素之间的相互影响,识别出高成效和非高成效两类生态农业培训模式。研究发现:生态农业培训受多个前因变量的影响,单一的内部因素或外部因素都无法有效提高生态农业培训的成效,需要相互匹配联动以构建高效的生态农业培训模式。现有生态农业培训存在市场-环保导向型和内外资源协同型两类产生高成效培训组态,以及环保驱动型和政策扶持型两类产生非高成效培训组态。通过对比发现,产生高成效培训组态中,市场-环保导向型相较内外资源协同型在生态农业培训成效的提升上发挥更加显著的作用;影响生态农业培训模式的内外因素对产生高成效或非高成效培训组态存在非对称关系。
This study adopts the fsQCA method and selects six types of training institutions that have demonstrated outstanding performance in ecological agriculture training as cases.From a configuration perspective,it analyzes the mutual influence between internal and external factors in ecological agriculture training and identifies two types of ecological agriculture training modes:high-effective mode and low-effective mode.Research finds that ecological agriculture training is influenced by multiple antecedents,and a single internal or external factor cannot effectively improve the effectiveness of ecological agriculture training.It is necessary to match and interact with each other to build an efficient ecological agriculture training mode.The existing ecological agriculture training has two high-effective training configurations:market-environmental protection oriented mode and internal and external resource synergy mode,as well as two low-effective training configurations:environment driven mode and policy supported mode.Through comparison,it is found that in the configuration of high-effective ecological agriculture training,the market-environmental protection oriented mode plays a more significant role in improving the effectiveness of ecological agriculture training compared to the internal and external resource synergy mode.There is an asymmetric relationship between the internal and external factors that affect the training mode of ecological agriculture on generating the high or low training effectiveness.
