摘要
目的:观察综合呼吸训练联合常规康复训练在卒中后偏瘫患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2022年6月该院收治的100例卒中后偏瘫患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组各50例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合综合呼吸训练,两组均连续训练4周。比较两组训练前后平衡功能[Berg平衡量表(BBS)]评分、肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)、呼气流量峰值(PEF)]水平、运动耐力[6 min步行试验(6MWT)]水平和日常生活活动能力[日常生活活动量表(ADL)]评分。结果:训练后,观察组BBS、ADL评分和FEV_(1)、FVC、PEF水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);训练后,观察组6MWT距离长于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合呼吸训练联合常规康复训练应用于卒中后偏瘫患者可提高平衡功能评分、肺功能指标水平、运动耐力水平和日常生活活动能力评分,效果优于单纯常规康复训练。
Objective:To observe application effects of comprehensive respiratory training combined with routine rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to this hospital from January 2020 to June 2022.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group received the comprehensive respiratory training on the basis of that of the control group.Both groups were trained continuously for 4 weeks.The balance function[Berg balance scale(BBS)]score,the lung function index[forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)]levels,the exercise endurance[6 min walking test(6MWT)]level,and the activities of daily living[activities of daily living scale(ADL)]score were compared between the two groups before and after the training.Results:After the training,the scores of BBS and ADL as well as the levels of FEV1,FVC and PEF in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training,the 6MWT distance of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Comprehensive respiratory training combined with routine rehabilitation training can improve the balance function scores,the lung function index levels,the exercise endurance levels and the activity of daily living scores in the patients with hemiplegia after stroke.Moreover,it is superior to single routine rehabilitation training.
