摘要
目的探究游戏体验式健康教育对支气管哮喘患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性及家属满意度的影响。方法选取2020年5月至2021年6月漳州市第二医院收治的支气管哮喘患儿105例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(53例)和对照组(52例),对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在常规护理干预中加入游戏体验式健康教育。比较两组患儿的病情控制情况,干预前后的自我管理能力、治疗依从性以及家属满意度。结果观察组患儿的喘息、咳嗽及哮鸣音的消失时间低于对照组,儿童哮喘控制测试表(C-ACT)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿自我管理能力、治疗依从性、家属满意度高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论游戏体验式健康教育能有效消除支气管哮喘患儿的临床症状,控制病情,提高患儿雾化吸入治疗依从性及家属满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of game experiential health education on the compliance and family satisfaction of children with bronchial asthma treated with aerosol inhalation.Methods 105 children with bronchial asthma admitted from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=53)and the control group(n=52)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was added with game experience health education in the routine nursing intervention.The condition control,self-management ability,treatment compliance and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results The disappearance time of wheezing,coughing and rumbling in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of Children's Asthma Control Test Scale(C-ACT)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);after the intervention,the children's self-management ability,treatment adherence,and family satisfaction were higher than that of the control group in the observation group(all P<0.05).Conclusions Play experience health education can effectively eliminate the clinical symptoms of children with bronchial asthma,control the disease,and improve the compliance of children with aerosol inhalation treatment and family satisfaction.
