摘要
哮喘是儿童时期发病率最高的慢性疾病之一,目前糖皮质激素吸入、支气管扩张剂等综合治疗可有效控制哮喘,家长对哮喘治疗的依从性与患儿疾病预后密切相关。本文对哮喘患儿治疗依从性的影响因素及护理对策进行综述,旨在为今后有效控制及管理儿童哮喘提供理论依据。
Asthma is one of the chronic diseases with the highest incidence in childhood.At present,comprehensive treatments such as glucocorticoid inhalation and bronchodilators can effectively control asthma.Parents'compliance with asthma treatment is closely related to the prognosis of children.This article reviews the influencing factors of treatment compliance and nursing strategies in children with asthma,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for effective control and management of childhood asthma in the future.
