临床路径教学法在2型糖尿病教学中的应用效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究临床路径教学法在2型糖尿病教学中的应用效果。方法选择2022年1月至2023年1月在惠州市中心人民医院全科医学科学习的规培医生40名,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组各20名,对照组采用传统带教形式,试验组采用临床诊疗路径带教方式。分析两组考核成绩、对教学的满意度、综合能力以及批判性思维评分。结果试验组规培医生考核成绩、对教学的满意度高、综合能力、批判性思维评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用临床路径教学法对规培医生实施2型糖尿病教学效果较理想,值得运用。 Objective To study the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in the teaching of type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 40 doctors who studied in the Department of General Medicine of Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group adopts traditional teaching methods,while the experimental group adopts clinical pathway teaching methods.The test scores,satisfaction with teaching,comprehensive ability and critical thinking scores were analyzed.Results In the experimental group,the assessment scores of the regulated doctors,comprehensive ability and critical thinking scores were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of clinical pathway teaching method in the teaching of type 2 diabetes mellitus to doctors is ideal.Therefore,the method is worthy of application.
