摘要
目的 探讨临床路径教学法用于心内科护理教学的价值。方法 将2017年1月-2022年12月在本院心内科实习的100名护生随机分为两组,对照组使用常规教学法,观察组使用临床路径教学法,对比两组的考核成绩、教学满意度、护生综合能力。结果 观察组理论成绩、护理操作成绩、个案护理成绩、口试成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在激发学习积极性及主动性、加强师生间沟通、增强理论知识的理解能力、增强分析解决问题能力、拓展临床思维能力、提高团队协作能力、增强实践能力、教学模式等方面对教学的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组在护理操作、医护协作、护患沟通、应变能力、预判能力等护生综合能力方面的评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 临床路径教学法用于心内科护理教学的价值确切。
Objective To explore value of clinical pathway teaching method in teaching of cardiology nursing.Methods The paper chose 100 nursing students practiced in cardiology department of our hospital from January 2017 to December 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly.Control group was treated with routine teaching method and observation group with clinical pathway teaching method.Assessment results,teaching satisfaction degree and comprehensive ability of nursing students were compared between two groups.Results Theoretical scores,nursing operation scores,case nursing scores and oral test scores of observation group were higher than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had significantly higher teaching satisfaction degree than control group in stimulating learning enthusiasm and initiative,strengthening communication between teachers and students,enhancing theoretical knowledge understanding ability,enhancing problem-solving ability,expanding clinical thinking ability,improving team collaboration ability,enhancing practical ability and teaching mode(P<0.05).Comprehensive ability scores of nursing students in observation group were higher than control group in nursing operation,medical and nursing cooperation,nurse patient communication,strain ability,prediction ability,etc.(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical pathway teaching method can achieve significant value in teaching of cardiology nursing.
