摘要
溃疡性结肠炎是一种病因尚未明确,但与环境、遗传、免疫、心理等多种因素相关的慢性非特异性疾病。本病病变部位主要局限于结、直肠的黏膜及黏膜下层,在治疗上西医进行阶梯化治疗,而中医认为本病有虚实、轻重缓急之分,且发病与肝、脾、肾三脏密切相关,且会受到寒、湿、热等病理因素的影响,故常基于“四诊合参、病证结合、精准辨证”进行个体化治疗,该治疗方式既能改善患者肠道症状,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,又能降低复发率,优势显著,在长期疗效上有着极大的推广价值。
Ulcerative colitis is a chronic non-specific disease whose etiology is not yet clear,but is related to various factors such as environment,genetics,immunity,and psychology.The lesion site of this disease is mainly limited to the mucosa and submucosa of the colon and rectum.In terms of treatment,western medicine adopts a tiered approach,while traditional Chinese medicine believes that this disease can be divided into deficiency and excess,severity and urgency,and its onset is closely related to the liver,spleen,and kidney,and can be affected by pathological factors such as cold,dampness,and heat.Therefore,personalized treatment is often based on the principle of"combination of four diagnostic methods,combination of disease and syndrome,disease syndrome combination,and precise syndrome differentiation".This treatment method can not only improve patients'intestinal symptoms,reduce patients'pain,improve their quality of life,but also reduce the recurrence rate,with significant advantages.It has great promotion value in long-term efficacy.
