摘要
针对BIM技术在建筑领域的兴起,提出基于多维建筑息模型覆盖项目全生命周期的有效数据管理模型。通过回顾BIM技术在工程进度、成本、质量、环境和安全管理中的研究进展,提出考虑建筑全生命周期的多维BIM信息模型构架体系。该模型以三维BIM为基础,整合了时间、成本、质量、环境和安全5个维度,实现对项目全生命周期的统一集成管理。以实际工程为例,验证所构建的多维BIM模型框架的可行性,实现对工程进度、质量、成本、安全等方面的有效控制。最后对该领域未来研究提出展望。
Motivated by the rise of BIM technology in the construction industry,this paper proposes an effective data management model based on multi-dimensional building information models that covers the entire life cycle of construction projects.By reviewing the research progress of BIM technology in aspects of schedule,cost,quality,environment,and safety management,a multi-dimensional BIM information modeling framework is established considering the whole life cycle of buildings.This model takes 3D BIM as the foundation and integrates five dimensions including time,cost,quality,environment,and safety,realizing integrated management throughout the project life cycle.A case study is presented to validate the feasibility of the constructed multi-dimensional BIM modeling framework,achieving effective control over schedule,quality,cost,safety etc.of the project.In the end,the paper outlooks future research directions in this field.
