摘要
机电技术是一门涵盖多个学科的技术,机电安装程序繁琐和精细,对技术要求高,实施工序多,设备系统多,针对这些特点,以BIM技术为核心,研发BIM管理系统,在设计阶段进行深化设计,方便施工,在施工阶段可以对物料进行全方位追踪,实时监控物料状态和数量,可以及时发现问题,保证工期,也对后期运维管理也提供了良好的基础,显著提高了工程管理水平。
Electromechanical technology is a technology covering multiple disciplines.The electromechanical installation procedure is cumbersome and detailed.It has high technical requirements,many implementation procedures and many equipment systems.For these characteristics,we use BIM technology as the core to develop BIM management system.The stage is deepened and designed to facilitate construction.During the construction phase,materials can be tracked in all directions,and the status and quantity of materials can be monitored in real time.Problems can be found in time,the construction period can be guaranteed,and the operation and management of the later operation is also provided.Engineering management level.
