摘要
目的分析消毒供应中心管理中护理安全干预机制的建立及应用效果。方法选取2021年1—12月湖南省脑科医院消毒供应中心处理的器械1000件运用传统方式管理,纳入传统管理组。选取2022年1—12月期间本院消毒供应中心处理的器械1000件运用护理安全干预机制管理,纳入安全管理组。两组器械均由同一批(20名)工作人员消毒灭菌处理。比较两组管理效果。结果与传统管理组相比,安全管理组管理后的工作人员管理质量、管理满意率更高,器械的消毒合格率、灭菌合格率均更高,且器械引起的风险事件率更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在为消毒供应中心管理时,运用护理安全干预机制管理能够提升工作人员管理质量,增强管理满意率,提高器械消毒合格率和器械灭菌合格率,且器械引起风险事件较少。
Objective To analyze the establishment and application effect of nursing safety intervention mechanism in the management of disinfection supply center.Methods From January to December 2021,1000 devices handled by the disinfection supply Center of Hunan Brain Hospital were selected for traditional management and included in the traditional management group.1000 devices handled by the disinfection Supply Center of the hospital from January to December 2022 were selected and managed by nursing safety intervention mechanism and included in the safety man⁃agement group.Both sets of instruments were sterilized by the same group(20 staff).The management effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the traditional management group,the staff management quality and management satisfaction rate of the safety management group after management were higher,the qualified rate of disin⁃fection and sterilization of instruments were higher,and the risk event rate caused by instruments was lower,the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the management of disinfection supply center,the use of nursing safety intervention mechanism management can improve the quality of staff management,enhance the manage⁃ment satisfaction rate,improve the qualified rate of instrument disinfection and instrument sterilization,and fewer risk events caused by instruments.
