消毒供应中心不同清洗方法对器械的清洗的影响对比

Comparison of the Influence of Different Cleaning Methods on Instrument Cleaning in Disinfection Supply Center

摘要 目的对比分析消毒供应中心不同清洗方法对器械的清洗的影响。方法将2022年1月至6月消毒供应中心处理的2000例手术器械作为对照组研究样本;将2022年7月至12月消毒供应中心处理的2000例手术器械作为实验组研究样本。其中对照组接受常规器械清洗(人工流动水清洗),实验组采取多酶清洗剂浸泡+全自动清洗机清洗,对比两组器械清洗合格率、器械灭菌合格率、器械管理质量评分及消毒器械导致医院感染发生情况。结果实验组器械清洗合格率(99.90%)、器械灭菌合格率(99.95%)与对照组(99.50%、99.60%)相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组器械清洁、器械利用、器械维护、器械质控评分与对照组相比较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组消毒器械导致医院感染发生率较对照组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对比对照组清洗方法,多酶清洗剂浸泡+全自动清洗机清洗可全面提升手术器械清洗质量与合格率,值得临床应用。 Objective To compare and analyze the influence of different cleaning method on instrument cleaning in disinfection supply center.Methods A total of 2000 surgical instruments processed by the Central Sterile Supply Department from January to June 2022 were used as the control group.From July to December 2022,2000 surgical instruments processed in the disinfection supply center were used as the experimental group research samples.Among them,the control group received routine instrument cleaning(manual flowing water cleaning),and the experimental group was cleaned by multi-enzyme cleaning agent immersion+automatic cleaning machine.The qualification rate of instrument cleaning,instrument sterilization qualification rate,instrument management quality score and the occurrence of hospital infection caused by disinfection instruments were compared between the two groups.Results The qualified rate of instrument cleaning(99.90%)and sterilization(99.95%)in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(99.50%,99.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of instrument cleaning,instrument utilization,instrument maintenance and instrument quality control in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of nosocomial infection caused by sterilized instruments in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the cleaning Methods of the control group,multienzyme cleaning agent immersion and automatic cleaning machine cleaning can improve the cleaning quality and qualification rate of surgical instruments,which is worthy of clinical application.
