摘要
                
                    胎儿生长受限(FGR)是产科常见、复杂的妊娠并发症之一,可导致胎儿低出生体重、胎儿窘迫、胎儿死亡等不良妊娠结局。二维超声测量胎儿径线及多普勒血流实时监测均是临床评估胎儿生长受限最常用的超声指标。近年来研究表明超声测量胎儿胸腺、肾上腺径线以及胎儿心肌做功指数、子宫动脉、肾动脉、主动脉等多普勒监测对评价FGR具有一定临床价值。本文主要从二维超声测量胎儿径线及多普勒血流监测两个方面对超声监测中晚孕FGR的研究进展进行综述,期望选取更有价值的指标对FGR进行评估,为临床医生提供监测依据并及时采取相应干预措施,从而减少胎儿不良妊娠结局的发生。
                
                Fetal growth restriction(FGR)is one of the common and complex pregnancy complications in obstetrics,which can lead to adverse pregnancy outcomes such as low birth weight,fetal distress,and fetal death,and is also the main influencing factor of fetal diseases in adults.Two-dimensional ultrasound measurement of fetal radial line and Doppler blood flow monitoring are the most commonly used indicators for clinical assessment of fetal growth restriction.In recent years,studies have shown that ultrasound measurement of fetal thymus,adrenal gland,fetal myocardial work index,uterine artery,renal artery,aorta and other blood flow spectrum changes has certain clinical value for the evaluation of FGR.This article mainly reviews the research progress of ultrasound evaluation of fetal growth restriction in late pregnancy from the aspects of two-dimensional ultrasound measurement of fetal radial line and Doppler blood flow monitoring,and hopes to select more valuable indicators to evaluate FGR,provide clinicians with monitoring basis and timely take corresponding interventions,so as to reduce the occurrence of adverse fetal pregnancy outcomes.
