摘要 落地红枣在捡拾前进行集条可提高红枣收获机的捡拾效率。为探究气吹集条作业时最好的工作参数,设计了一种落地红枣气吹集条试验装置,主要由机架、风力调节机构、吹嘴调整机构及脚轮组成。以集条率为考察指标,以作业前进速度、吹嘴出口风速、吹嘴距地高度和吹嘴旋转角度为影响因素,通过单因素试验探究各因素对集条率的影响规律和合适的水平范围,并设计正交试验通过极差分析、方差分析和试验验证确定气吹集条的最优参数组合。单因素试验结果表明:吹嘴出口风速与集条率成正相关,吹嘴旋转角度、作业前进速度与集条率成负相关,吹嘴距地高度与集条率呈现波动关系,在10cm时集条率最高。正交试验结果表明:4个影响因素均为显著因素,各个因素影响集条率的主次顺序为吹嘴出口风速>吹嘴旋转角度>作业前进速度>吹嘴距地高度。同时,确定落地红枣集条的最佳参数组合为作业前进速度1.5km/h、吹嘴出口风速80m/s、吹嘴旋转角度为15°、吹嘴距地高度为15cm,该组合集条率为98.84%。 Collecting strip before picking can improve picking efficiency of jujube harvester.In order to explore the best working parameters of air-blowing strip operation,a test device for jujube air-blowing strip landing was designed,which was mainly composed of a rack,a wind regulating mechanism,a blowing nozzle adjusting mechanism and a wheel.Taking the strip rate as the inspection index,the forward speed of the operation,the outlet wind speed of the blowing,the height of the blowing nozzle from the ground and the rotation angle of the blowing nozzle as the influencing factors,the influence law and the appropriate horizontal range of each factor on the strip rate were explored by single factor experiment.The orthogonal experiment was designed to determine the optimal parameter combination of the gas blowing strip by range analysis,variance analysis and experimental verification.The single factor test results show that the outlet wind speed of the nozzle is positively correlated with the strip rate,the rotation angle of the nozzle and the forward speed of the prototype are negatively correlated with the strip rate,and the height of the nozzle is fluctuating with the strip rate,and the strip rate is the highest at 10cm.The orthogonal test results show that the four influencing factors are all obvious factors,and the primary and secondary order of each factor affecting the strip rate is the outlet wind speed of the blowing nozzle>the rotation angle of the blowing nozzle>the forward speed of the operation>the height of the blowing nozzle.The best parameter combination of landing jujube strip is that the forward speed of the prototype is 1.5km/h,the outlet wind speed of the blowing nozzle is 80m/s,the rotation angle of the blowing nozzle is 15°,and the height of the blowing nozzle is 15cm.The combination strip rate is 98.84%.The optimal parameter combination with the highest collection rate was obtained through experiments,which laid the experimental foundation for the study of jujube air-blowing collection.
