摘要
【目的】研制落地红枣采收机械,为落地红枣的采收提供支持。【方法】针对新疆红枣种植面积大,落地红枣人工捡拾采收费时费力的问题,基于气力式捡拾的优点,设计了4ZQ-13型落地红枣捡拾机,并运用CFD(Computational fluid dynamic)仿真分析方法探究气流分配装置内速度场的分布规律与喷嘴出口风速的均匀性。【结果】仿真分析表明,4ZQ-13型落地红枣捡拾机的气流分配装置满足落地红枣捡拾要求,但气流进口区流场有扰动,该区域的喷嘴出口风速低于其余喷嘴,其余区域流场分布均匀。对4ZQ-13型落地红枣捡拾机进行的台架试验表明,其捡拾率为76.5%,伤枣率为0,其中气流进口区喷嘴的漏捡率较高,需进一步优化该区域结构。【结论】4ZQ-13型落地红枣捡拾机满足落地红枣捡拾要求。
【Objective】 This study developed the ground jujube harvesting machinery to provide support for the harvesting of ground jujubes.【Method】 Aiming at the large planting area of Xinjiang jujube and the laborious problem of ground jujube artificial picking and collecting,the 4 ZQ-13 ground jujube picker was designed using the advantages of pneumatic picking, and the distribution law of velocity field in the air distribution device and the uniformity of the nozzle exit wind speed were explored by computational fluid dynamics(CFD).【Result】 The airflow distribution device met the requirement of landing jujube picking,but the flow field in the airflow inlet area was disturbed.The nozzle outlet velocity in this region was lower than the other nozzles,and the flow field in the other regions was evenly distributed.The bench test showed that the pick-up rate of the machine was 76.5% and the rate of injury was 0.The leakage rate of nozzle in air inlet area was higher and the structure needs to be further optimized.【Conclusion】 The 4 ZQ-13 type ground jujube picker meets the requirement of ground jujube picking and lays foundation for the development and improvement of air blowing type jujube picker.
