摘要
根据4105柴油机传动部件的布置和要求,设计了一套紧凑的齿轮传动系统,包括曲轴齿轮、凸轮轴齿轮、惰齿轮、油泵齿轮等。对各齿轮的参数进行了设计,确定了曲轴齿轮、凸轮轴齿轮、惰齿轮、油泵齿轮的齿数分别为32,64,67,64。依据啮合关系计算了各齿轮的记号位置以保证其良好装配,该齿轮系统设计方案为4105柴油机传动系统的开发设计提供了理论基础。
According to the arrangement and requirements of 4105 diesel engine transmission components,a set of compact gear transmission system is designed,including crankshaft gear,camshaft gear,idler gear,oil pump gear,etc.The parameters of each gear were designed,and the number of teeth of crankshaft gear,camshaft gear,idler gear and oil pump gear were determined to be 32,64,67,64.According to the meshing relationship of gears,the mark position of each gear is calculated to ensure its good assembly.The gear system design scheme provides a theoretical basis for the development and design of 4105 diesel engine transmission system.
