摘要
基于某款纯电动汽车减速器主减斜齿轮表面波纹度阶次噪声特点及成因分析,发现齿面波纹度阶次值、齿轮副主动齿轮每转波峰波谷数量和接触传递误差曲线局部分叉波峰波谷数量,三者数值上完全一致,提出回转类齿轮摩擦副波纹度振动激励数学描述,较为深入地探讨齿面波纹度阶次激励形成机理,指出齿面波纹度"鬼阶"噪声成因及其激励改进方向,并辅以改进案例分析验证。
The paper analyzed the noise characteristics and root causes for the gear surface waviness of an electric drive vehicle reduction gearbox. It was found that the three kinds of values are completely consistent for the waviness order, the peak and valley counts of waviness and TE curve. The math description was also put forward to study the forming mechanism of gear surface waviness order excitation. It was revealed that how did the waviness "ghost order" like and how to improve the vibration excitation. Finally, a real improving case was analyzed and verified for it.
