摘要
以广西某高速公路桥梁工程的施工为例,对影响箱梁施工的主要施工技术进行了深入探讨,从施工装置结构组成、施工工艺、技术优势和工程效果等方面进行了系统研究。通过理论分析、工程试验,本研究提出了三种施工装置和工艺技术,分别为①预制箱梁顶板钢筋绑扎台座技术;②横隔板浇筑模板技术;③临时支座优化技术。该施工技术在国内工程实例较少,具有一定的借鉴意义。
Taking the construction of a bridge project on a certain highway in Guangxi as an example,this paper deeply explored the main construction techniques that affect the construction of box girders,and systematically studied the structural composition of construction equipment,construction technology,technical advantages and engineering effects.Through theoretical analysis and engineering experiments,this studied proposes three types of construction devices and process technologies,including①the technology of binding steel bars on the top plate of prefabricated box beams;②horizontal diaphragm pouring formwork technology;③optimization technology for temporary supports.This construction technology has few engineering examples in China,which has certain reference significance.
