摘要
本文依托瑞典斯鲁森大桥工程,该桥钢箱梁为桥隧一体半穿式结构,其造型新颖,结构复杂。针对该桥型的特殊构造,分析研究了其钢箱梁施工过程中采取的倒装与正装相结合的钢箱梁模块化制造技术、超大钢箱梁多仓室快速、准确气密性检测技术、不锈钢U形肋嵌补段对接焊缝无衬垫熔透焊成型技术、驳船托运钢梁+半潜船装载远洋运输技术。
Based on the Slussen Bridge project in Sweden,the steel box girder is integrated semi-penetrating structure of bridge and tunnel with novel shape and complex structure.According to the special structure of the bridge,analyse and research the technical key points below:the modular fabrication technology combined with the normal and the inverted assembly,the rapid and accurate air tightness detection technology of the large steel box girder with multiple compartments,the non-backing penetration butt welding technology of the stainless U rib,and the loading and shipping scheme of barge and semi-submersible ship.
