摘要
“金课”建设是当前高等教育研究领域的热点。现阶段,高校教师普遍存在传统教学理念与教学模式根深蒂固、教学设计与教学技能弱化、在线课程资源运用不成熟以及课程体系对课程的“两性一度”支撑不足等问题。通过对一流本科课程内涵进行探讨,分析了当下高校教师教学理念现状。基于此,从课程教学体系、课程教学目标转化、混合式教学设计运用和课程信息化建设等方面提出高校教师教学理念转变路径,力求实现“以教师为中心”的教学理念向“以学生为中心”的教学理念转变。
It is sure that constructing golden course is a hot topic in the research of higher education.At present,for college teachers,there exist some problems such as deep-rooted traditional teaching concept and teaching models,weakening teaching design and teaching skills,immature use of online course resources and insufficient support of the curriculum system to the high order,innovative and challenging.The paper tries to probe into the connotation of first-class undergraduate course and expound the current situation of teaching philosophy.Then,the paper recommends the transformation path of college teachers teaching concept from following aspects such as curriculum system,transformation of curriculum teaching objectives,hybrid teaching design and application,and curriculum information construction.The aim is to realize the transformation from teacher-centered to student-centered teaching concept.
